How can I prevent unwanted calls and responses to my Hotjobs resume? I have my resume posted on Hotjobs, with my profile and resume both clearly stating my goals/experience. I get lots of unwanted calls from staffing firms and employers who are trying to fill positions completely unrelated to my own goals. Some say they have not actually read my resume, but they call anyway. Can an option be added to indicate preferences in the Hotjobs Profile such as "Not willing to change career or field of expertise," or "Serious Inquiries only?" It would prevent lots of wasted time on the parts of both parties.
